Chip Skinner is a Gainesville-based consultant with a background in public relations, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. A University of Florida graduate, he serves on the Gainesville Regional Utilities Authority Board and leads the Eastside High School boys’ lacrosse team. Chip is the founder of GALAXI, a youth lacrosse nonprofit, and has worked across industries including marketing, transportation, and fundraising. Known for his honesty, adaptability, and mentorship, he brings a practical yet passionate approach to everything from utility policy to youth development.
