Based in Gainesville, Florida, Chip Skinner is a consultant and board member with a strong track record in public relations, marketing, and communications strategy. He currently serves on the Gainesville Regional Utilities Authority Board, guiding decision-making on critical community utility issues. Chip is also a longtime advocate for youth sports, founding the nonprofit Gainesville Area Lacrosse Inc. and coaching at the high school level for more than a decade.
